Each year, I make a lot of canned goods from products I grow in my gardens and on my trees. This year, I tried out some great new recipes, and I found so many useful ways of keeping my gardening goodies lasting me all year long. I made Pico de Gallo, Bruschetta, various kinds of salsas and sauces, many jellies and jams and pie fillings, some preserved sliced nectarines in several different ways, cherry tomatoes in white wine vinegar, relishes and pickles, and so much more! I love being able to grow my own goodies and then save them to use all year long!
